1. Agreed group mission/vision Bring together practitioners involved with leading innovation creation/management in order that they can share best practices and lessons learned. To be clear: It is NOT a community to share specific innovations (ie. an entrepreneur group)
2. Roundtable introductions: nice mix of hcare, media, and IT innovation backgrounds
3. Agreed meeting schedule/format monthly call, quarterly in-person, Ning in-between.  Start in-persons fairly unstructured and move towards more structured Develop a rallying point: books, podcasts, etc... that people can have in common
